The application 9d+ (Ninth Digit) allows you to update quickly and automatically all the contacts from your device to contemplate the inclusion of the Ninth Digit, which will enter into force in the states of Paraná (41, 42, 43, 44, 45 and 46), Santa Catarina (47, 48 and 49) and Rio Grande do Sul (51, 53, 54 and 55) on the 6th of November 2016 and is already in force in all other states of Brazil.

RECOMMENDATION: Before you use the REPLACE option, use the DUPLICATE option and check if the creation of the numbers is correct. If it is, use the DELETE option and only then use the REPLACE option.

NOTE: USE THE APPLICATION at YOUR OWN RISK. It is recommended to make a backup of your contacts via the function "Export" present in your mobile device before using the 9d+ or any other application that change the numbers of your contacts. The application works on most mobile devices, however due to the nature of the Android operating system, the result is unpredictable.

The application allows the following operations:
1) DUPLICATE: select to duplicate your phone numbers, create new numbers to your contacts is already adequate to the ninth digit with the prefix "9d+". This means that you will NOT lose any number from your current contacts. No existing information will be erased or changed. In addition, your device will continue to function normally before and after the implementation of the ninth digit. Use this option of the ninth digit to enter into force in your area, or if you want to test the final result before replacing your contacts.

2) REPLACE: replace your phone numbers update your contacts to reflect the inclusion of the ninth digit.

3) REMOVE PHONES DUPLICATE: If you have used the option to "DUPLICATE" your contacts and want to delete them, use this feature.

The application has intelligence to identify numbers that belong to the cities of the states that will receive the ninth digit. If your cell phone is one of these areas and you are not usual to register the DDD in your contacts, just select the option "Add a new digit local numbers (without DDD)", which will consider that all of your contacts must suffer the inclusion of the ninth digit.

The application identifies and deals appropriately:
-Numbers radio (ex. Nextel, that will NOT suffer the inclusion of the ninth digit)
-Numbers that belong only to the affected cities
-Numbers registered with the international prefix
-Numbers registered with carrier codes
-mobile phone Numbers that begin with 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9
