ILWT Tools is an app used to install/remove/update/configure the ILWT OC Daemon through a GUI. The ILWT OC Daemon is a native linux service that runs in the background and manages the frequency of the CPU, without the lag caused by an app that runs in the background. It is necessary to uninstall any other CPU controller (such as SetCPU) for the daemon to work correctly. For more info about ILWT OC Daemon, see XDA thread (linked as homepage of this app).
