Sim Contacts Manager is an application to help you backup you sim contacts to a backup file("*.sim") on SD card. So you can import/restore the backup file(".sim") in SD to the new sim card. You can choose to backup all or select what you want and ignore the ones you do not needed. This app can also support to delete/remove the sim contacts.
